GlobeX Data Ltd. (OTCQB:SWISF) (CSE:SWIS) (FRA:A2PN34), the leader in Swiss hosted secure communications and secure data management, announced that it has engaged Austria-based IR-WORLD.com Finanzkommunikation GmbH, a media service company, in order to disseminate all of the company's press releases in German language.
According to its website, IRW is a leader in online corporate communications, providing its services to foreign public companies with an investor community in the German-speaking area. With its customer base comprising mainly North American and Australian companies, IR-World.com is a top player in capital market communications.

GlobeX announced on Tuesday that its common shares had started trading on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The shares, traded under WKN:A2PN34 with the symbol GDT in Frankfurt, also continue to be cross-listed on the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE), under the symbol SWIS, and on the OTC Markets (OTCQB), under the symbol SWISF.
The company said it anticipates that the Frankfurt listing will help increase trading liquidity and facilitate investment in the company by institutional and retail investors across the European Union and Switzerland.
IRW services over 100 million German-speaking individuals and, through its IRW-PRESS service, distributes news releases to more than 400 websites in the German-speaking region. IRW-PRESS releases are sent to more than 450,000 computer terminals of banking institutions, media centers and broker agencies.
