Orthogonal Thinker subsidiary Ei.Ventures CEO David Nikzad tells Proactive the privately-held, Hawaii-based group is poised to soon enter Phase 1a and Phase 1b clinical trial studies with its plant-based psychedelic formulation named Psilly.
Nikzad says the group will raise up to $15M through a Series A round to fund its pre-clinical work with its partners in Canada.
