PharmaDrug Inc (CSE: BUZZ- OTCMKTS: LMLLF) CEO Daniel Cohen joined Steve Darling from Proactive news the company has signed a definitive agreement to acquire biotech company Sairiyo Therapeutics in an all-stock deal worth 7.5 million.
Cohen telling Proactive why he thought this company fits well with PharmaDrug and he also talked about their lead drug Cepharanthine which was recently granted orphan drug designation by the US FDA. That drug is a repurposed and reformulated naturally derived compound being developed to treat rare forms of cancer including esophageal.
