Gaming Realms PLC (LON:GMR) said it has signed a direct-integration agreement with sports betting and online gaming operator BetMGM to increase its presence in the US market.
The AIM-listed developer of mobile bingo games said that under the terms of the three-year agreement its Slingo content will be integrated into BetMGM Casino in Pennsylvania and Michigan during the first half of 2021, while also facilitating its access to additional US markets in the future.

BetMGM is a joint venture between casino operator MGM Resorts International (NYSE:MGM) and the UK owner of Ladbrokes Entain PLC (LON:ENT).
"We are delighted to have secured an extended agreement with BetMGM, who have been a fantastic partner in successfully distributing our Slingo portfolio to the New Jersey iGaming market”, Gaming Realms executive chairman Michael Buckley said in a statement.
“The new deal will allow us to work more closely with BetMGM going forward and will bring our hugely popular Slingo content to an even greater segment of the U.S. market. We remain focused on consolidating and expanding our reach in the U.S. and look forward to providing further updates in due course", he added.
