Albert Labs, a privately held psychedelic drug developer, signed a letter of intent (LOI) on January 5 to be acquired by ME Resource Corp (CSE:MEC) (OTC:MEEXF), the latter company announced. The LOI is expected to constitute a reverse takeover of MEC by Albert Labs, whereby security holders of Albert become security holders of the new combined entity. Following the combination, the entity plans to continue Albert Labs’ work under the new name Albert Labs Inc.

Vox Royalty Corp (CVE:VOX) confirmed it has closed its previously announced acquisition of a portfolio of royalties from Breakwater Resources Ltd and some of its affiliates for a total of C$1,125,001 in cash and shares. Yesterday, the group reported it had successfully bid for the exploration rights for the asset via an online auction, offering RMB 495 million, or around US$76 million. Broker Canaccord also described the acquisition of the Zhonghe rights as "another smart transaction by SVM management". It repeated a Buy stance and its C$11 price target on the stock.
