Feedback PLC's (LON:FDBK) Tom Oakley talks to Proactive London about bolstering their data management security by securing the Cyber Essentials Plus and ISO 27001 certifications for its flagship medical messaging app Bleepa.

Oakley explains that when dealing with sensitive patient data it is crucial to have the highest quality of security and with The Cyber Essentials Plus audit, it is a UK government-backed scheme to enable organisations to guard against a range of common cyber-attacks.
