The intellectual property commercialisation specialist said Winter, whose previous experience includes sales director roles at HSBC and as head of capital markets, sales for Collins Stewart Wealth Management, has been appointed to support the firm’s portfolio companies with their fundraising requirements.

Frontier IP noted that Winter has helped companies raise new equity and advised firms on fundraisings, presentations and communications for most of his career, adding that the director will be working with the team at its subsidiary, Frontier IP Management Limited.
"I am excited by the strong potential of the companies within Frontier IP's portfolio and am very much looking forward to helping them raise the funds they need and to find suitable partners to support their future progress", Winter said in a statement.
