Walls & Futures REIT continue transformation to target 'gold standard product' of ethical housing

Walls & Futures REIT PLC's (LON:WAFR) Joe McTaggart talks to Proactive London about the significance of it's net asset value rise to £3.96mln as at the end of September 2020, up from £3.30mln a year earlier. 

More presently McTaggart explains the importance of selling their leasehold property in Southfields for £660,000 despite the ongoing economic uncertainty.

Going forwards his mission is to sell their last residential property asset in London in the coming months and recycle the capital to make further investments and develop Specialist Supported Housing.
