PlantX Life (CSE: VEGA- OTCQB: PLTXF) Founder Sean Dollinger joined Steve Darling from Proactive with news the company has completed the acquisition of Score Enterprises. That company operates the Squamish-based Locavore Bar & Grill and other related businesses including the Cloudburst Café and the Locavore Food Truck.
Dollinger telling Proactive the 15,000 square foot Locavore Bar & Grill will be redesigned as PlantX's Canadian flagship location. Dollinger says they will be keeping Locavore's management staff and enhancing their current operation.
