Sirius Real Estate Limited's (LON:SRE) Andrew Coombs joins Proactive London about the company's latest round of acquisitions located in Norderstedt, Hamburg and Nuremberg as well as a 3,000 square metre property adjacent to the firm's existing Mannheim II business park.
These purchases add nearly £2mln to their 'Funds From Operations' which is used to fund their dividend to their shareholders, which Andrew explains in further detail to the Proactive audience.
He goes on to say that there is 'opportunity in these assets' in regards to re-renting at higher rates in the future, using 'good asset management techniques'.
