Paradigm Biopharmaceuticals Ltd (ASX:PAR) will be presenting during the prestigious 39th Annual JP Morgan Healthcare Conference next week.
This conference will be held virtually and Paradigm's presentation will be on Tuesday, January 12 in the US (Wednesday, January 13 in Australia).
The company’s management will also be participating in several meetings throughout the conference with pharmaceutical companies and specialist US Biotech and Healthcare funds, where Paradigm will detail its Phase 3 clinical program for Zilosul® and its clinical pipeline.
Zilosul® progress
Late last year the company received positive feedback from the Type-C meeting with the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) on Zilosul® for the treatment of osteoarthritis.
Paradigm will now proceed to an Investigational New Drug (IND) submission in the first quarter of 2021.
It will use the same clinical trial protocol in the US, Europe and Australia, potentially enabling registrations in multiple jurisdictions, saving time and money.
To achieve regulatory harmonisation across the FDA and the European Medicines Agency (EMA), the company plans to increase the proposed number of clinical trial study participants in its OA clinical program.
