Ferrexpo PLC (LON:FXPO) has announced the payment of a special interim dividend of US$0.132 cents.
The company said the special interim dividend reflected its strong operational and financial performance in 2020, and a strong balance sheet.
To date, total dividends declared in respect of the 2020 financial year amount to US$0.33, as against the full year 2019 dividend of US$0.198.
The board of Ferrexpo said it will consider the final dividend for the 2020 financial year ahead of the full-year results announcement on March 17, 2021.
The special interim dividend will be paid on January 28, 2021, to shareholders on the register at the close of business on January 15, 2021.
It will be paid in sterling, with an election to receive in US dollars.
