Empower Clinics (CSE: CBDT-OTC: EPWCF) Chairman and CEO Steven McAuley joined Steve Darling from Proactive with news the company has closed their agreement to acquire Lawrence Park Health and Wellness Clinic. That will give Empower Clinics their first expansion into Canada.
