Lithium Australia shareholder pays balance on 1 million LITCF partly paid shares

This transaction provided proceeds of $49,400, taking total funds raised this month through the conversion of LITCF shares to almost $730,000.

Lithium Australia NL (ASX:LIT) (OTCMKTS:LMMFF) (FRA:3MW) has raised another $49,900 with a shareholder fully paying the balance on a further 1 million LITCF partly paid ordinary shares in the capital of the company.

The shareholder paid $0.0499 for each LITCF and the 1 million LITCF shares have now become fully paid ordinary shares with a further 114,234,041 LITCF remaining on issue.

A statement will be issued shortly to that shareholder who paid all outstanding amounts on their LITCFs. LIT has requested that the ASX change the designation of these shares to the ASX code LIT.

This is the latest in a number of these transactions this month with a total value of almost $730,000.

Last week shareholders fully paid the balance on 3.877 million LITCF shares at the same price for total consideration of $193,462.

On December 14 and 15 shareholders fully paid the balance unpaid on 9.75 million LITCF partly paid ordinary shares for total consideration of $486,525.
