Lithium Australia shareholders pay up on 3.87 million LITCFs to raise another $193,462

A total of $679,987 was paid last week by shareholders to fully pay the unpaid balance on 13.6 million LITCFs.

Lithium Australia NL (ASX:LIT)(FRA:3MW)(OTCMKTS:LMMFF) shareholders have fully paid the balance unpaid on a further 3.877 million LITCF partly paid ordinary shares in the capital of the company.

Shareholders paid $0.0499 for each LITCF for total consideration of $193,462.

Listing designation change

With the 3.877 million partly paid shares now fully paid, they have become fully paid ordinary shares in the capital of the company (LIT).

The company has requested that the ASX changes the designation of these shares to the ASX code ‘LIT’.

The $193,462 took total LITCF security proceeds last week to $679,987 to fully pay the unpaid balance on 13.6 million LITCFs.

LITCFS remain on issue

On December 14 and 15, shareholders fully paid the balance unpaid on 9.75 million LITCF partly paid ordinary shares in the capital of the company, at the same price, for total consideration of $486,525.

A total of 115,234,041 LITCFs remain on issue.
