MBH Corporation Plc (FRA:M8H; OTCQX:MBHCF), the UK-based small cap acquisition specialist, has qualified to trade on the OTCQX Best Market.
Trading began today symbol under the symbol "MBHCF". MBH already has a listing on the Frankfurt exchange.
To qualify for OTCQX, the OTC said companies must meet high financial standards, follow best practice corporate governance, and demonstrate compliance with applicable securities laws.
MBH has continued its acquisitive approach with 12 additions in 2020, including its first acquisitions in the USA in September.
