CO2 GRO Inc (CVE:GROW) (OTCQB:BLONF) (FRA:4021) announced that it has sold a third CO2 Delivery Solutions Commercial Installation to an Ottawa, Ontario based licensed cultivator.
The CO2 GRO customer commented on the transaction, saying: “According to my return-on-investment criteria of a one-year payback, a mere 7% increase in yield justified purchasing the system.”
The company noted that the customer chose to forego a commercial feasibility and based the purchase on CO2 GRO's previous plant science data.

“We have now sold our third straight-to-commercial installation of a CO2 Delivery Solutions system in Canada,” CO2 GRO Vice President of Sales Aaron Archibald said in a statement.
“The customers return-on-investment criteria of a 7% yield increase indicates the power of CO2 Delivery Solutions to deliver good value to customers at crop value increases below the average 30% our scientific data demonstrates. With our current feasibilities beginning to show strong results, we are able to share this data with potential customers of whom three have decided to purchase the systems without the need for a commercial feasibility.”
CO2 GRO’s CO2 Delivery Solutions naturally and safely dissolves CO2 gas into water, which is then misted directly on plant leaves. The CO2 solution's micro droplets create an aqueous film around the entire leaf surface, isolating the leaf from the atmosphere, and has been used on crops including cannabis, hemp, lettuce, kale, microgreens, peppers and flowers.
The company added that it has demonstrated its technology to be as effective as CO2 gassing by improving crop yields up to 30%, while using a fraction of the CO2 gas.
CO2 GRO reported recently that it has signed an exclusive marketing agreement with South Africa's Pharmacrop (Pty) Ltd to introduce and install CO2 Delivery Solutions systems into covered horticulture markets in the Southern Africa Development Community (SADC) region.
As well, CO2 GRO previously announced that it sold a CO2 Delivery Solutions commercial installation to a British Columbia based smaller licensed cultivator for medical cannabis.
