Northern Minerals Ltd’s (ASX:NTU) non-executive director and founding director Adrian Griffin has been thanked for his contribution to the company after resigning from his position.
Griffin informed the company of his decision after market close yesterday, citing growing demands from other executive positions held with separate resources sector-related companies.
NTU's non-executive chairman Colin McCavana acknowledged the long-term contribution of Griffin to the company as one of its founding directors.
"Dedicated contribution"
He said: “Adrian was a founding director of Northern Minerals back in 2006 and has made a forthright and dedicated contribution to guiding the company on its exploration and project development journey.
“It has been a pleasure to work with him on the board since inception of the company and I wish him every success with his other interests into the future.”
New non-executive director
This follows NTU announcing yesterday the appointment of LiangBing Yu to the non-executive director role, effective immediately.
Yu has more than 20 years’ experience in business operation and management and is currently an executive partner at Beijing GloryHope Oriental Investment Centre.
He has a dual Bachelor's Degree in Investment Economics & Economic Law.
