Royal Road Minerals Limited (CVE:RYR) announced Thursday that its former CFO Cindy Davis will return to the role following the departure of Aamer Siddiqui.
Davis, a veteran financial manager for publicly listed companies through Marrelli Support Services Inc, held the role at Royal Road between December 2015 to June 2018.
Outgoing CFO Siddiqui has resigned from Marrelli Support Services, according to a statement from Toronto-based Royal Road thanking him for his services.

Davis is currently a director and audit committee chair for OutdoorPartner Media Corporation and is the CFO for both Orford Mining Corporation and Digihost Technology Inc.
She is a chartered professional accountant in Canada and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and economics from the University of West Indies.
Royal Road is a project generator with extensive ground holding in both Nicaragua and Colombia.
