Moho Resources Ltd (ASX:MOH) has expanded the diamond drilling program at East Sampson Dam Gold Prospect within the Silver Swan North Project in Western Australia’s Goldfields, after initial encouraging observations by its technical team.
Drilling will be increased from the six holes to up to 10 holes for about 750 metres of coring, which will be completed in late November.
Encouraging alteration styles
To date, five holes have been completed for 420.4 metres of drill core.
Core samples are being progressively logged and cut with 1-metre sample splits submitted to the laboratory for gold analysis.
Moho’s technical team has observed encouraging alteration styles, veining and structures in cored drilled holes close to gold mineralisation returned by past reverse circulation (RC) drill holes.
The maiden diamond drill program is aimed at obtaining drill core for metallurgical test-work and data for resource modelling

The next steps for the project include:
➢ Compiling drill assays, structural and other data for resource modelling – Q4 2020
➢ Undertaking additional resource definition RC drilling (up to 40 holes) - Q4 2020
➢ Compiling and interpreting surface geochemical analytical data across the Silver Swan North project area – Q4 2020
➢ Undertaking aircore drilling over geochemical and structural targets - Q1 2021
