Proactive's Ed Stacey talks to Katie Pilbeam about Primary Health Properties (LON:PHP) which he says has been a 'very strong performer'.
He says in the current environment investors should be looking at having some good safe income stocks in their portfolio. dividend has increased every year since listing in 1997.
He goes on to explain, 'you're not making a trade off between safety versus absolute returns. in terms of capital gains PHP has also been a great performer'.
