Bam Bam Resources Corp (CSE:BBR) (OTCPINK:NPEZF) (FRA:4NPB) announced Tuesday that commercial attorney Bradley Dixon has agreed to join the company's board of directors as a non-executive, independent member, effective immediately.
Dixon is a partner with Givens Pursley LLP in Boise, Idaho. He is the co-chair of the Givens Pursley Litigation Group and focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, the company said.
In his 20 years of experience, Dixon has amassed a significant portfolio of experience with commercial disputes, including construction litigation, secured transactions, real estate, employment and natural resources.
"Brad and I have worked together on several successful projects over the course of nearly fifteen years in the United States and I look forward to working with him again,” CEO David Greenway said in a statement. “He brings the highest degree of integrity and unmatched legal expertise to the company and the board as we move towards creating a world-class copper company."
Bam Bam also announced the resignation of director Joel Warawa, who will move to the role of vice president of corporate communications. Warawa will focus on creating shareholder awareness and exposure to institutions and analysts with regards to the company’s Majuba Hill copper, silver, gold porphyry property in Nevada.
Majuba Hill spans 4,822 acres of surface and mineral rights, which include three patented lode claims and 632 acres of privately-owned surface and minerals. It is accessed via 23 miles of well-maintained dirt roads leading from US Interstate 80.
