In its year-end trading statement, essensys said that full-year revenue grew by 9% to £20.6mln while recurring revenue increased by 18% to £19.3mln. This implies that recurring revenues increased by about 9% in the second half (before considering exchange rate movements), while total revenues were broadly flat. The focus will be on the outlook in light of the impact from the COVID-19 pandemic.  In the recent IWG interims, IWG, which provides flexible workspace, said that in the post-COVID-19 world there will be a greater requirement for more flexible space.
