Mosman Oil and Gas updates on Stanley and Champion operations

Drilling operations continue at Champion with the Falcon well.

Mosman Oil and Gas Limited (LON:MSMN) told investors that the Falcon-1 well, at the Champion project, is now being directionally drilled to penetrate two prospective target zones.

The zone are forecast between 7,400 and 7,500 feet true vertical depth. Casing has so far been cemented at 1,600 feet.

At the same time, Mosman repeated that the Stanley-4 well is now on production at a rate of 155 bopd.

The Stanley-1 well has been perforated and has flowed strongly, however, the crude is seen to be waxy and some sand has been carried with the oil.

Mosman noted that the project operator has temporarily shut in the well whilst samples are analysed at a lab.
