Before joining TUI he was finance director at Airtours Holidays after holding commercial finance roles at Adidas. Jarvis started his career as a chartered accountant with PwC.
The budget airline said Jarvis has proven his ability to drive savings and successful turnaround programmes at TUI, a “critical” expertise to support its recovery during and after the coronavirus crisis.
“His depth of knowledge of the travel industry and financial skills will be key as we continue to rebuild following the pandemic,” said chief executive Johan Lundgren.
