Ocado PLC (LON:OCAD) has poached Rolls-Royce’s chief financial officer Stephen Daintith to replace Duncan Tatton-Brown, who is stepping down for family reasons, said the online grocery giant.
Tatton-Brown has been Ocado’s CFO for eight years, a period that has seen its value rise 25-fold to around £19bn.
Tim Steiner, Ocado’s chief executive, said: "Duncan joined us in 2012 when Ocado was a very different business to what it is today. He has made a critical contribution to our growth as a company and the successful execution of our strategy.”
