Asiamet Resources - Asiamet Resources boosts cash balance and narrows losses in first half

Asiamet Resources Ltd (LON:ARS) has boosted its cash balance in the first half of its current year to US$2.03mln from US$418,000 in the year-ago period.

The AIM-listed firm also reported that for the six months ended June 30, 2020, its net losses had narrowed to US$2.1mln from US$4.2mln the previous year.

Asiamet said the figures should be read in conjunction with its 2020 half-year report, which will be made available on the group's website.

The firm’s shares were steady at 2.4p in early deals on Thursday.
