Altus Strategies PLC (LON:ALS), the project and royalty generator led by Steve Poulton, has moved a step along the value chain at its Agdz silver and Dopper prospect in Morocco.
It has done so by securing approval for its environmental impact assessment, which represents a key milestone to attaining a mining licence.
Agdz, which is just 14 kilometres from an existing copper and silver mine, has revealed some impressive early potential.
The best of its rock chip and grab samples weighed in at 448 grams per tonne of silver and 4.56% copper.
Mapping and geophysical survey are next to be carried out.
Separately, Altus said it is teaming up with the University of Orléans and the BRGM, the French geological survey, to “to generate new targets based on cutting edge predictive mapping techniques”.
