Rightmove PLC (LON:RMG) has appointed Alison Dolan as new chief financial officer with effect from September 7.
Dolan was chief strategy officer of media company News UK from 2016 until last May, where she was at the forefront of the business’s digital transformation.

Before that Dolan held a number of senior positions at broadcaster Sky, including group treasurer, director of finance and deputy managing director Sky Business.
She is replacing Georgina Hudson, head of finance, who stepped up as interim finance director after Robyn Perriss announced her retirement in May.
Dolan’s base salary is £390,000 per year, with a bonus opportunity of up to 175% of salary the majority of which will be in deferred shares, and a pro-rata performance share award of up to 175% of salary.
