Arkle Resources PLC (LON:ARK) has announced that chief executive Patrick Cullen has stepped down with immediate effect.
John Teeling takes over as acting chief executive along with his role as non-executive chairman.

At the same time technical advisor Gavin Berkenhegerhas taken over the day to day running of the two Arkle gold projects, Mine River in Wicklow and Meeneragh Glentogher in Donegal.
Meanwhile, John Teeling and finance director Jim Finn have taken the reins of the zinc projects including Stonepark in Limerick.
