Gold exploration companies Emmerson Resources Ltd (ASX:ERM), Predictive Discovery Ltd (ASX:PDI) and Matador Mining Ltd (ASX:MZZ) discussed their plans and strategies at Proactive’s gold webinar held today.
Emmerson’s managing director Rob Bills talked about advancing the company’s NSW projects to the next phase while building momentum for its emerging gold royalty business at Tennant Creek.
Bills said the company’s exploration programs are advancing towards drilling in NSW with the company looking to grow its revenue stream from small mines.
Matador Mining is set to begin a 12,000-metre drilling campaign at the Cape Ray Gold Project in Newfoundland, Canada, targeting resource expansion and priority prospects.
Adam Kiley, Corporate Development, outlined the company's exploration strategy to explore multiple brownfield and greenfield targets parallelly.
Matador is well funded for its 2020-21 exploration programs and Kiley said the company is undervalued to peers due to its comparatively lower enterprise value per resource ounce.
Predictive Discovery Ltd’s (ASX:PDI) accelerated exploration at its West African gold projects in Guinea and Cote d'Ivoire is underway with its 50,000 metre drilling program attracting plenty of attention.
Managing director Paul Roberts talked about the ‘largest single-day jump for any stock in any sector in three years’ referring to Predictive’s share price surge from 0.5 cents at closing on April 14, 2020 to 6.3 cents on April 15, 2020.
