Kingston Resources board of directors demonstrate faith in the company’s gold exploration strategy

On July 15 the company started a 5,000-metre resource definition reverse circulation drilling program at the Livingstone Gold Project in the Bryah Basin of WA.

Kingston Resources Ltd (ASX:KSN) board of directors have demonstrated faith in the company’s gold exploration strategy through the acquisition of shares on partial vesting of performance rights and the lapsing of unvested performance rights and participation in the share purchase plan (SPP).

On July 8, the company marked the completion of the $8.4 million capital raising to advance its PNG and Western Australian gold projects.

A total of 12.500 million new shares were issued at 16 cents per share and allotted on July 14.

Change of director holdings

Managing director Andrew Corbett acquired 438,000 shares, increasing the total number of securities held after the change to more than 2.292 million shares.

Chairman Anthony Wehby has acquired 187,500 shares for a total value of $30,000, increasing the number of securities held after the change to more than 1.161 million shares.

Non-executive director Mick Wilkes has also acquired 187,500 shares for a total value of $30,000 increasing the number of securities held after the change to 467,500 ordinary shares.

Non-executive director Stuart Rechner purchased 93,750 shares for a total of $15,000 increasing the number of securities held after the change to 294,669 shares.
