Litigation Capital Management expects jump in insolvency and restructuring work following COVID-19

Litigation Capital Management Limited’s (LON:LIT) Patrick Moloney tells Proactive that he expects plenty of growth in the twelve months ahead. The business specialises in taking on litigation work for companies and freeing them up to use their capital for other purposes. As the impact of COVID-19 lockdowns becomes clearer, Moloney expects a lot of insolvency and restructuring work. He says LCM is a pioneer in this field having started in Australia 22 years ago, but is now focusing on northern hemisphere countries from a London-base. “It is a very large market,“ he adds.
