The innovative fintech platform firm, which provides inventory monetisation services to European manufacturing and trading companies, pointed out that Nelson is a highly experienced credit analyst, with experience assessing risk across multiple product types and jurisdictions.
It noted that he brings nearly two decades of experience to [email protected] and joins from S&P Global Ratings, where he served as senior director.
The group said Nelson will be responsible for developing and enhancing [email protected]'s ERM function and will play a key role in supporting the growth strategy and ensuring the company is well placed to realise its potential across its target markets.
He will provide additional support to the platform's capital placing process and oversee due diligence on potential inventory funders and will also spearhead new initiatives and strategic projects to enhance the multi-channel funding strategy, it added.
