Inspiration Healthcare Group PLC (LON:IHC) said it has made two board changes, including the appointment of Brook Nolson, currently a non-executive director of the global medical technology company as its chief operating officer, with immediate effect.
The company said Nolson, who has been a board director for the last five years will report directly to its chief executive officer Neil Campbell and will assume responsibility for the day to day operations for the whole group.

It said Nolson will add his strong operational skills and his considerable experience to develop the future strategic direction for the group alongside Campbell.
The company also announced that Toby Foster, one of the founding members of the group, has been promoted to the position of managing director of Inspiration Healthcare Limited to spearhead the drive for future growth of the business following the recent acquisitions of Viomedex and S.L.E. Limited.
The group said Foster’s promotion follows nearly 20 years of outstanding achievement as its sales director and then commercial director. It pointed out that he will step off the board of Inspiration Healthcare Group PLC to concentrate on this new role.
Following these appointments, the group said it will begin the search for a further non-executive director to join the board as per the corporate governance recommendations for publicly quoted companies.
