Europa Metals' (LON:EUZ) Laurence Read speaks to Proactive's Andrew Scott after announcing they're to ask shareholders to approve a 500-for-one share consolidation as part of its general meeting next month.
He says the resolutions, which also include amendments to the company's constitution, are designed to better align it with other AIM quoted companies.
He adds that further to a cost cutting programme already implemented at the beginning of the coronavirus outbreak, the board is seeking to put in place a new share option plan to help incentivise key staff.
