Peninsula Energy Ltd (ASX:PEN) will host a briefing session for shareholders on June 12 at 9:00am AWST on the A$40.3 million underwritten renounceable entitlement offer.
This offer, which was announced on June 4, comprised nine new shares for every five shares held by eligible shareholders at an issue price of 7.1 cents per share.
The live webcast and teleconference will take place on Friday, June 12, 2020, at 9:00am AWST (11:00am AEST).
This session will be hosted by PEN managing director and CEO Wayne Heili as well as finance director and CFO David Coyne.
It will provide shareholders with the ability to engage directly with management to answer any questions they may have.
Heili will provide a corporate presentation, followed by a question and answer session.
