Nanoveu Ltd (ASX:NVU) has appointed Digital 360 Consulting for its antiviral smartphone screen and case protection products, putting it in a strong position to launch sales through online retailers.
Headquartered in California, D360 specialises in product launches for disruptive technologies for retail and go-to-market services in the US, Canada and the UK, the company said in a statement.
Commercialisation process
Nanoveu, which has completed regulatory approval for selling its antiviral products in Australia, is now progressing regulatory approvals in the US while building its distribution capabilities.
It is working on a submission to the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), a federal government agency tasked with protecting human and environmental health.
It has appointed specialised EPA consultants to assist with the process.
It continues to affirm its commercialisation guidance for the antiviral product, targeting sales from late second-quarter to early third-quarter 2020.
First sales milestone
Nanoveu executive chairman and chief executive officer Alfred Chong said: “It is an important time in the development of Nanoveu’s antiviral product as we approach the important milestone of first sales.

D360 remuneration
D360’s remuneration includes 3,250,000 performance options, at an exercise price of 20 cents and will be issued in four tranches. The options, which expire on 31 December 2023, will vest subject to D360 achieving revenue hurdles.
