Keywords Studios PLC's (LON:KWS) Andrew Day speaks to Proactive London after announcing they've raised around £100mln via a share placing which he says now puts them in a strong position to continue its acquisition strategy.
He says the new cash will allow them to maintain a strong balance sheet without constraining its acquisition strategy when prospects for attractive M&A opportunities have rarely been better.
