Phunware Inc (NASDAQ:PHUN) said Tuesday that it had struck a partnership with Diversified, a technology solutions provider, to provide category-defining mobile experiences for businesses globally.
Diversified has more than 25 years of industry experience and over 50 offices serving its Fortune 500 clients around the world. It delivers digital media, collaborative, Internet of things, information technology, broadcasting, electronic security and over-the-top solutions to a diverse client base. The organization employs more than 2,500 people in offices dotted around the globe.

Diversified’s expertise complements Austin, Texas-based Phunware which provides a fully integrated enterprise cloud platform for mobile that provides products, solutions, data and services for brands worldwide. The company’s Multiscreen-as-a-Service (MaaS) offerings, including engagement, management and monetization initiatives help the world’s most respected brands create category-defining mobile experiences.
