IG Group Holdings PLC (LON:IGG) announced it appointed Charlie Rozes as new chief financial officer to replace Paul Mainwaring, who is retiring.
Rozes, set to join the online trading platform on 1 June, has been at Jardine Lloyd Thompson from 2015 and was part of the integration programme after US firm Marsh & McLennan Companies acquired the insurer.

He also held executive roles at Barclays, IBM and Bank of America.
“Charlie's UK PLC and executive director experience will further support IG as it continues to grow its sustainable and diversified global business and in achieving its strategic growth ambitions,” said IG Group’s chief executive June Felix.
Shares rose 1% to 753p on early trading on Monday.
