It was another busy week for London-listed small cap miners

Greatland Gold PLC -

Greatland Gold PLC (LON:GGP) has reported “exceptional” drill results from the Havieron deposit, in Western Australia, confirming continuity of the higher grade mineralisation. The latest drilling results expand the footprint of the mineralisation within an arcuate sulphide zone as well as surrounding proximal breccia, the company said in a statement.

Conroy Gold and Natural Resources PLC (LON:CGNR) said it has discovered a new gold mineralised outcrop on its Glenish gold target in the Longford-Down gold trend in Ireland.

Rainbow Rare Earths Limited (LON:RBW) said activity at its Gakara mine has continued largely unhampered by restrictions imposed to combat the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

Asiamet Resources Ltd (LON:ARS) has received approval from Bandan Koordinasi Pernanaman Modal, the investment co-ordinating body in Indonesia, for the further exploration permit on its KSK Contract of Work in central Kalimantan. 

European Metals Holdings Limited (LON:EMH) said the Czech Ministry of the Environment has granted its Czech subsidiary Geomet the preliminary mining permit related to the Northwestern part of the Cinovec deposit. Earlier in the week, EMH said its Czech subsidiary Geomet has now received €29.1mln following completion of its deal with power company, CEZ.

Thor Mining PLC’s (LON:THR)(ASX:THR) chairman Mick Billing has indicated that the company is now close to completing the sale of its royalty on the Spring Hill tungsten project and revealed how the firm is coping with the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

Red Rock Resources PLC (LON:RRR) is to receive a final dividend payment of A0.75c per share from its stake in South Africa-based and Aussie-listed manganese miner Jupiter (ASX:JMS).

Pan Asia Metals has completed a reconnaissance induced polarisation (IP) survey covering several prospects at its Khao Soon Tungsten Project (KSTP) in Thailand during March. The survey was designed to distinguish sub-surface geology and assist with geological interpretation.  

Kavango Resources PLC (LON:KAV), the exploration company targeting the discovery of world-class mineral deposits in Botswana, said a new independent technical review of its Kalahari Suture Zone (KSZ) project concludes that the KSZ "is a prime setting for a magmatic Nickel-Copper-PGM deposit." Kavango is searching for ‘Norilsk-Style’ deposits in the KSZ.

Power Metal Resources Plc (LON:POW) and Red Rock Resources PLC (LON:RRR) have begun a new joint venture partnership with the aim of building a strategic gold exploration portfolio in Australia.

Metal Tiger PLC's (LON:MTR) 17.1%-owned associate Southern Gold Limited said that its South Korean team has shown it can manage its drill programme during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
