Trainline PLC (LON:TRN) has agreed with its lenders to waive the covenant for a £350mln revolving credit facility until next August.
The FTSE 250-listed company said the extension was granted to guarantee support through the coronavirus crisis.

The coach and train ticket seller reiterated confidence in its ability to operate through an extended period of weak trading.
Shares rose 1% to 363p on Wednesday morning.
