American Rebel issues 4Q 2019 and 1Q 2020 revenue guidance while noting strong demand for its safes

American Rebel Holdings Inc (OTCQB:AREB) on Friday issued revenue guidance for the fourth quarter of 2019 and first quarter of 2020, noting strong demand for its safes.

The company, which has offices in Nashville and Kansas City, offers six different models of floor safes, wall safes and personal safes to retailers and specialty safe stores across America.

American Rebel released revenue guidance of $200,000-$225,000 for the fourth quarter of 2019, an increase of 21% from the third quarter at the low end of the range and an increase of 36% from the same quarter at the high end of the range.

The company also gave revenue guidance of $340,000-$365,000 for first-quarter 2020, an increase of 106% from the third quarter of 2019 at the low end of the range and an increase of 121% from the same quarter at the high end of the range.

"Customers have an emotional connection to our brand and we're selling more safes than we can produce," American Rebel CEO Andy Ross said in a statement.

"They want to be a part of our patriotic family and they've coined our safes as the safe with an attitude. We're adding more dealers to our dealer network every day."
