Lithoquest Diamonds Inc (CVE:LDI) has closed a $250,000 non-brokered private placement after receiving conditional approval from the TSX Venture Exchange.
The resource exploration company with operations in Australia offered just over 8.3 million common shares at a price of $0.03 per share. The proceeds will be put toward general capital purposes, the company said.

As part of the offering, the company paid nearly $2,000, or 5% of the proceeds, in finder’s fees to an arm’s length entity.
The shares involved are subject to a hold period until August 23.
