Greencoat UK Wind says unaudited net asset value as of March 31 was 121.2p per share

The FTSE 250-listed company also announced a quarterly interim dividend of 1.775p per share with respect to the quarter to that date

Greencoat UK Wind PLC (LON:UKW) has said its unaudited net asset value as of March 31, 2020 was £1,839.5mln, or 121.2p per share.

The FTSE 250-listed company also announced a quarterly interim dividend of 1.775p per share with respect to the quarter to that date.

In early morning trade on Wednesday, Greencoat UK Wind shares were changing hands at 139.20p each, down 1.3% on Tuesday's close.

In a statement, the alternate energy investment group said it is committed to supporting efforts to limit and delay the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) and the wellbeing of its investment manager, turbine operation and maintenance service providers, site managers and the local communities in which its wind farms are based is the group’s number one priority.

It added: "We continue to monitor and assess the situation and are working in line with the Government's latest guidance. To date, there has been no material impact on the Company's day-to-day operations or performance.”
