CentralNic Group PLC (LON:CNIC) has reshuffled its leadership with a number of new appointments and director changes.
Among the changes, the group’s chief operating officer, Alex Siffrin has said he will step down from the role and his position on the board.
The internet domain name specialist also said it has appointed Tracey Hickling as its new chief people officer. Hickling previously served as global head of human resources at the management consulting arm of Cap Gemini.
CentralNic also named Robbie Birkner, former director of sales and international business at its now-subsidiary Key-Systems, as head of its reseller division.
The company also appointed Oliver Fries and head of shared services, Stuart Fuller as head of brand services, Gavin Brown as head of registry solutions and Tony Kim as head of product.
"I take great pleasure in welcoming our new hires and appointees into their new roles and I am confident we have the best team in place to maintain our track record of growth”, CentralNic chief executive Ben Crawford said.
“In these difficult times, these new hires and changes reflect our confidence in the robustness of our business, providing domain names and internet services to millions of customers globally; a core infrastructure that enables the functioning of email and websites and some of the most important communication tools between work colleagues and between companies and their customers", he added.
Shares in the group were up 0.6% at 81p in early deals on Wednesday.
