BlueRock Diamonds PLC (LON:BRK) will close its Kareevlei mine as a result of a nationwide order in South Africa to shut down the mining industry.
BlueRock has also removed its stones from its March diamond tender, due to an absence of international bidders.
The company will review the impact on the business and provide further updates in due course including in respect of its forward guidance.
