PCF Group Plc’s (LON:PCF) finance director, David Bull, has resigned from the company and will leave from September to further his executive ambitions in a new organisation.
The AIM-listed company said it will commence a recruitment process to identify and appoint a successor to Bull, who has been with the group since August 2015.

"David was instrumental in helping us gain authorisation as a bank and build our new infrastructure, governance and controls. He also assisted in the diversification of new business lines as well as champion change across the bank. We wish David every success in the future", said PCF chief executive Scott Maybury.
The shares were 18.2% lower at 20p in lunchtime trading on Monday.
