PolarX managing director buys company shares

The company is exploring its flagship Alaska Range Project in Alaska, which is split into the Zackly Claims, Stellar Project, and Caribou Dome Project.

PolarX Limited (ASX:PXX) managing director and geologist Frazer Tabeart has purchased 389,227 shares in the company.

The majority of the shares were purchased at 8 cents each as part of the June 2019 rights issue and the remainder were purchased via very recent on-market trades priced at 2.3 cents.

The purchases increased Tabeart’s holding in the company to 9.49 million shares.

Proactive caught up with the company for an update in late November 2019.
